👨👩👧👦 Guest play, no sign-up needed
Unblock Master
This Privacy Policy explains how Unblock Master (“the game”) handles information when you play it on Android or iOS. Unblock Master is a sliding-block puzzle game published by Sourcenet IT Service Provider Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy applies to the game and to anyone who contacts us about it. It covers the Android app on Google Play and the iOS app on the App Store, published under the application ID com.sourcenet.unblockmaster.
We have tried to write it plainly. If anything is unclear, email us at
mendparaansh09@gmail.com.
🛡️ The short version
- No sign-up needed to play. All 500 levels and rewards work in Guest Mode, without a name, email address or phone number. Buying Royal VIP needs a free account, because the purchase is linked to it.
- Your progress stays on your device while you play as a guest. If you sign in, it is also backed up to your account so you can carry on on another phone. Your settings never leave the device.
- Accounts are optional. If you create one, we keep only your email address, player name and a user ID, and you can delete it in the game at any time.
- Ads pay for the free game, and they are family-safe. Google AdMob serves every player child-directed ads rated G: never personalised, and without the device’s advertising identifier. A one-time “Royal VIP” purchase removes banner and between-level ads.
- We never see your payment details and we do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
A. Game data stored on your device
The game saves the following on your phone or tablet so you can pick up where you left off. While you play as a guest it is not sent to us or to any server. If you sign in, the progress and reward items below are also backed up to your account, as described in B:
- Progress: solved levels, stars, best move counts and chapter unlocks.
- Rewards: coins, hints, castle decorations and the time of your last Daily Lucky Spin.
- Settings: sound, vibration, crash-report and tutorial preferences.
- Guest name: a random name such as “Guest #4821”, created on the device.
- Royal VIP status: a note that the no-ads upgrade was verified for the account signed in.
Deleting the app removes all of this from the device. If you played as a guest there is no other copy, so we cannot restore it for you. If you were signed in, the backup in your account stays until you delete the account.
B. Optional player account
Signing in is optional for playing: every level and reward works without it. It is needed only to buy Royal VIP, which is linked to an account (section 4). If you choose to create an account with Google, Sign in with Apple (iOS) or an email address and password, it is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service, which stores:
- your email address. With Sign in with Apple, you can choose a private relay address that hides your real one;
- the player name you choose, or the name provided by your Google or Apple account;
- a user ID created by Firebase, and which sign-in method you used.
Passwords are handled by Firebase and are never visible to us.
While you are signed in, your game progress is also backed up to your account in Cloud Firestore, another Google service, so that a new phone, or a reinstall, can carry on where you left off. The backup holds only:
- solved levels, stars, best move counts and how far you have unlocked;
- coins, hints, castle decorations and the time of your last Daily Lucky Spin.
It is stored under your user ID, can be read only by you, and is never shared or sold. Your settings stay on the device, and Royal VIP is not part of it: it is recorded separately, as described in section 4. When you sign in, the backup and whatever is already on the phone are merged, keeping the better of the two, so signing in never costs you progress you had already won. Deleting your account deletes the backup with it.
C. Crash reports
To find and fix bugs, the game uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the game crashes or hits an error, it sends a report with:
- technical details about the error;
- device model, operating system version, app version and free memory or disk space;
- the level and chapter you were on;
- a random installation identifier.
Crash reports do not include your name, email address or account ID, and they are never used to identify you or to target advertising. They are sent automatically so that a crash can be found and fixed quickly.
D. Advertising data
When ads are shown, Google AdMob receives information from your device, such as its IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with the ad, to show it, measure it and prevent fraud. The game does not give AdMob your device’s advertising identifier, and every ad request is marked as directed to children, so ads are never personalised. Section 3 explains more.
E. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use it only to reply and help you.
The game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location, and has no chat or messaging between players.
2. How We Use Information
| Information | Why we use it | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| On-device game data | Save your progress, rewards and settings | Stays on your device; not processed by us |
| Progress backup (signed-in players) | Carry your progress to another phone, and bring it back after a reinstall | Performing our agreement with you |
| Account details | Sign you in, show your player name, reset your password, delete your account | Performing our agreement with you |
| Royal VIP ownership record | Check that a Royal VIP purchase belongs to your account, keep ads off on any device you sign in to, and stop another account from using it | Performing our agreement with you |
| Crash reports | Find and fix crashes and bugs | Legitimate interest in a game that works on every phone |
| Advertising data | Show ads, measure them and prevent ad fraud, which keeps the game free | Your consent, where required; otherwise legitimate interest |
| Emails to us | Answer questions and handle privacy requests | Legitimate interest; legal obligation for rights requests |
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Advertising and Your Choices
Unblock Master is played by children as well as older players, and it does not ask anyone’s age. So the free version shows every player only family-safe ads from Google AdMob, a Google Play Families self-certified ads SDK: each request is marked as directed to children, ads are limited to content rated G, and they are never personalised or based on your interests. The game shows:
- Banner ads on the home screen, the level list and the castle, never on the puzzle screen.
- Between-level ads that may appear when you tap “Next Level”, never during a puzzle.
- Rewarded ads that play only if you choose to watch one, for example for an extra hint or a bonus Lucky Spin.
You have the following choices:
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any ads load, Google’s consent message asks whether your data may be used for ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings ⚙️ → Privacy Choices.
- iPhone and iPad: the game never asks to track your activity across apps (App Tracking Transparency) and does not use your device’s advertising identifier.
- Android: the game does not have permission to read your advertising ID, so ads cannot be linked to it.
- Remove ads: the Royal VIP purchase removes banner and between-level ads. Rewarded ads remain available only if you choose to watch them.
Because every ad is child-directed and rated G, ads are never personalised, whatever you choose. Google explains how it uses this data at
How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
4. In-App Purchases
- Royal VIP is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card, bank or billing details.
- Royal VIP is linked to the player account that buys it, so buying it needs a free account. When you buy or restore it, the game gives the store a coded identifier made from your user ID (never your email address or name), so the store can tell which account the purchase is for, and records in Cloud Firestore that your user ID owns the purchase. That record holds only your user ID, a scrambled (hashed) form of the store’s purchase reference, the product and the date. It is used only to check who owns the purchase, and is never shared or sold.
- Signing out turns Royal VIP off on that device. Another player account cannot use it, even on the same phone or with the same Google Play or Apple account. Signing in with the account that bought it brings it back on any device, and Settings ⚙️ → Restore Purchases finds it again from your store account.
- Deleting your account deletes that record too. The purchase stays with your Google Play or Apple account, but cannot be moved to a different player account.
- Parents can require approval for purchases with Google Play Family Link, Google Play purchase authentication or Apple’s Ask to Buy and Screen Time.
5. Third-Party Services
The game uses the services below, all from Google or Apple. Each handles data under its own privacy policy:
-
Google AdMob (Google LLC): ads and ad consent.
Google Privacy Policy -
Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC): optional accounts, the progress backup and Royal VIP ownership record, and crash reports.
Privacy and Security in Firebase - Google Sign-In (Google LLC): signing in with a Google account.
-
Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.): signing in with an Apple ID on iOS.
Apple Privacy Policy - Google Play and the Apple App Store: app distribution and payments.
We share information only with these service providers to run the game, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. How Long We Keep Data
- On-device game data: until you reset progress or delete the app.
- Progress backup: until you delete your account, or reset progress while signed in.
- Account details: until you delete your account, or ask us to delete it.
- Royal VIP ownership record: until you delete your account.
- Crash reports: kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
- Advertising data: kept by Google under its own retention policies.
- Emails to us: as long as needed to deal with your request, and then deleted.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, or get a copy of it;
- correct it: you can change your player name in the game;
- delete it (see section 8);
- object to or restrict how it is used;
- withdraw consent at any time, for example through Privacy Choices for ads, without affecting earlier use;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email mendparaansh09@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days, and may ask you to confirm that you own the account.
8. Deleting Your Data
- In the game: while signed in, open Settings ⚙️ and tap Delete account under your profile. Your account, the progress backup stored with it, and the record of which Royal VIP purchase it owns are permanently removed from Firebase. With Sign in with Apple, the game’s access to your Apple ID is also revoked.
- Without the app: email mendparaansh09@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” from the email address on the account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Game progress: tap Settings ⚙️ → Reset Progress, or delete the app. Resetting while signed in clears the backup in your account too.
- Crash reports: expire on their own 90 days after they are sent. They hold no name, email address or account ID, so there is nothing in them to tie to you.
9. Children’s Privacy
Unblock Master is a puzzle game for players of all ages, including children, and families are welcome to play it together.
- Family-safe ads for everyone. Every player, whatever their age, gets ads marked as directed to children and limited to content rated G: no personalised or interest-based ads, and no advertising identifier.
- Guest play needs no personal information. Children can play every level without an account. Buying Royal VIP needs an account, so younger players cannot buy it themselves.
- Accounts are for players aged 13 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). Younger players should play as a guest.
- No chat or public profiles. Players cannot contact each other.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account or given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
Information the game sends to Firebase, Google and Apple travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication, and payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store. No system is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to reduce risk.
11. International Transfers
Google and Apple may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, which these providers use.
12. Regional Notices

13. Changes to This Policy
If the game changes how it handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. For significant changes, we will also give notice in the game or on its store listing before the change takes effect.
