Blocktremor — Delete your account

Delete Your Account

Blocktremor: Block Puzzle Game

Last updated 24 September 2026

This page explains how to delete your Blocktremor account and everything attached to it — from inside the Game, or by email if you have already uninstalled it.

The short version

You only have an account if you signed in. The whole Game works without one.

Delete it in Settings → Delete cloud save. It goes straight away.

Already uninstalled? Email us from the address you signed in with.

You only have an account if you signed in

Blocktremor is playable from start to finish without an account. One exists only if you chose Settings → Cloud save → Sign in with Google. If you never did, there is nothing on our side to delete: your progress is on your phone alone, and uninstalling the Game removes it.

Delete it in the Game

The fastest way. It takes a few seconds.

  • Open Blocktremor.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap Delete cloud save.
  • Confirm.

Your stored save is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Delete it by email

If you have already uninstalled the Game, write to info@sourcenettechnology.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Blocktremor account. Using the same address is what lets us match the request to your account. We reply within 30 days, and normally within a few days.

What happens to your data

Deleted

All of it goes at once. Nothing is kept in a recoverable form, and there is no waiting period — once it is deleted we cannot restore it, even if you ask.

Progress
The saved game stored in the cloud (Cloud Firestore)
Sign-in
Your Google account ID, name and email address (Firebase Authentication)
Not part of a deletion

Kept

These are not tied to your account, so deleting it does not touch them.

On your phone
Your local progress, coins and boosters stay, so you can keep playing. To remove those too, uninstall the Game
Analytics
Anonymous usage and crash data that cannot be traced back to you. It expires on its own: analytics after 14 months, crash reports after 90 days
Purchases
Records Google Play keeps for tax and refunds, which we cannot delete

We do not keep a backup copy of a deleted save.

Also worth knowing

  • Nothing to cancel. Blocktremor’s purchases are one-off. There is no subscription to end.
  • Your purchases survive. Remove Ads and other one-time purchases are tied to your Google Play account, not to your Blocktremor sign-in. Use Settings → Restore purchases to get them back.
