Delete Your Unblock Master Account

This page explains how to delete your account for Unblock Master: Mind Puzzle & Brain Teaser
(application ID com.sourcenet.unblockmaster), published by
Sourcenet IT Service Provider Pvt. Ltd. of Surat, Gujarat, India, and what happens to your data
when you do.

You only have an account if you chose to create one. Unblock Master can be played entirely
as a guest, and a guest has nothing stored on our servers to delete. If you have never signed in, there is
no account and nothing here applies to you.

Option 1: Delete it in the game

This is immediate and permanent.

  1. Open Unblock Master on your phone.
  2. Tap Settings ⚙️ on the home screen.
  3. Under Account & Profile, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm that it is you. What you are asked for depends on how you sign in:

    • Email and password: enter your password.
    • Google: confirm in the Google sign-in sheet.
    • Apple: confirm with Apple. The game’s access to your Apple ID is revoked at the same time.
  5. Your account and its backup are deleted straight away, and the game returns to guest mode.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the game, or cannot sign in.

We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm
that the account is yours before we act, so that nobody else can delete it.

What is deleted

Data Where it is held
Email address Firebase Authentication — deleted
Player name Firebase Authentication — deleted
Account identifier Firebase Authentication — deleted
Progress backup Cloud Firestore — deleted. This is the copy of your coins, hints, level stars, best move
counts, unlocked castle furniture and how far you have reached.
Royal VIP ownership record Cloud Firestore — deleted. This is the note that your account owns a Royal VIP purchase:
your account identifier, a scrambled form of the store’s purchase reference, the product and the
date.
Apple sign-in link Revoked with Apple, so the game no longer has access to your Apple ID

What is kept, and why

  • The progress on your phone. Deleting your account removes the online backup, not the game
    on your device. Your stars and coins stay where they are so you can carry on playing as a guest. To clear
    them, use Settings ⚙️ → Reset Progress, or uninstall the game.
  • The store’s record of your Royal VIP purchase. The payment itself is held by Google Play
    or Apple, not by us — we never receive or store your payment details. Royal VIP was linked to the
    account you delete, so it switches off, and it cannot be restored to a different player account. To ask
    about a refund, contact Google Play or Apple.
  • Anonymous crash reports. Crash reports are never linked to your account, so there is
    nothing in them to tie back to you. They expire automatically 90 days after they are
    sent.

Deleting your game data but keeping your account

If you want a fresh start without giving up your account, tap
Settings ⚙️ → Reset Progress. That clears your stars, best moves, coins,
hints, unlocked furniture and castle renovations. While you are signed in it clears the backup stored with your
account too, so the reset follows you to your other devices. Your account, and any Royal VIP it owns, stay as
they are.

How long it takes

  • In the game: immediately.
  • By email: within 30 days of us confirming the request is yours.
  • Crash reports: expire on their own 90 days after they are sent.
