Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Sourcenet IT Service Provider Pvt Ltd (“Sourcenet,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services

Sourcenet provides a range of information technology services, including but not limited to software development, IT consulting, system integration, and maintenance. The specific services will be detailed in a separate agreement between Sourcenet and the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge the confidential nature of the information exchanged during the course of the engagement. Sourcenet agrees to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful execution of the agreed-upon services. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Sourcenet.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the specific service agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges and could result in the suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Sourcenet retains intellectual property rights to any pre-existing materials and proprietary tools used in providing services. Any new intellectual property developed during the engagement will be owned by the party specified in the service agreement.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Sourcenet warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. In no event shall Sourcenet be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice in the event of a material breach of these terms by the other party. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

Force Majeure

Sourcenet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
